Hiding Through Judgment

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to abuse life just to survive temporarily without considering that I am in fact giving life to a system that is creating suffering and inequality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not question the fact that I have spent my whole life in support of a system that produces and reinforces inequality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to, when presented with the opportunity to change the system, to rather hide and use excuses like "I have to change myself first" when in reality I am afraid and unwilling to really change and to measure that change in physical reality that would be evident to others and have an actual physical impact in this world.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge others who are working within the system, through the lens of morality, instead of taking the time to understand how the system works and see how I can practically stand up within it and make a real difference.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge those who create money in the system and have placed myself, through that judgment, in a position of inaction and therefore acceptance of the system to continue as is, instead of standing up and being the change in the system.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge others in order to mask my own fear of self change and to thus blame and project others for my failings in order to not face myself in self honesty within the realization that thus far I have not done anything for real that would make a difference after I die.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that my point of transcendence within this is to study the system and become equal to it so that it can be changed.

I commit myself to learn how to create money and to use that money to change the system so that it is best for all.

I commit myself to support those who are willing to stand alongside me to use the tools of self change and to study and learn how to equalize oneself to the system in order to stand up within it and change it for the best.

Giving My Power Away to Thoughts and Feelings

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to realize that there are some things that I feel I have no choice about, is because of accumulated consequences - and the choice was generally made in the beginning and that created consequences which then reinforced the choice, so what I am facing now is the result of my original choice, which I may not be consciously aware of now.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that when I am challenged to make a choice and I feel emotional and feel like I don't have a choice, it is the emotions that are trying to keep me locked in some original choice, and the same thing goes for thoughts, and yet I can stop participating in a moment, breathe, delete the thoughts and make the decision that is best in that moment.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create a society where people feel like they have no choice whatsoever, even though they are making choices all the time, but they feel like they aren't choices because emotions and thoughts are given power over and above our individual will and choice.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize the extent to which we as humanity have placed power, Godlike power, into thoughts, feelings, and emotions and use these as justifications for why we and this world cannot change and stop doing things that are not best and do the things that are.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to listen to my thoughts and feelings instead of my common sense, which IS THERE if I listen to it.

I forgive myself that I have not been honest with myself about the degree to which I still allow my thoughts, feelings, and emotions to be the authority, even though I know deep down that I am the one giving them the authority and it is ME who experiences the consequence, eventually, of participating in them and allowing them to make decisions on my behalf.

I commit myself to stop in the moment where the thought comes up to do something that I know is not best, and then the feeling rises to reinforce the thought, and then the flood of thoughts come to convince me to do it - but I stop, I breathe, I bring myself back here, I pause, I forgive myself for falling into the temptation to think and use this as an excuse to wash my hands clean of the decision to do something that is not best, no matter how 'minor' it might seem - I stand up and take responsibility for what I allow in my inner world which becomes my outer world.

The Potty Mouth Child

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the points within my children are mirrors of me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the points within myself that I do not like that are reflected in my children will be the points I do not like within them and the same with the points that I do like.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge my children for doing things or saying things that I have done or said.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to control my children's behavior so that it doesn't reflect poorly on me when they are around other people, instead of considering what is the best way to support my child to be effective in this system while also understanding, appreciating, and honoring all Life as what is best for all.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be angry when my child says words that other people and I judge to be 'naughty words'.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define some words as 'dirty'.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that saying some words makes me unclean, not realizing that it is the mind itself which only seeks the fulfillment of itself as energy that is the problem, and thus projecting the point of saying dirty words as what makes a person bad or good is completely missing the point and only serves to reinforce the system of morality which keeps the system of inequality in place.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the mind which backchats is the real shit talker, not the mouth that says a 'dirty word' - and thus it is the mind which requires cleansing.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge some words as naughty which is really just words that one uses in private versus in public and shows the degree to which we have created separation in this world where even though words are within us we must suppress them in certain situations out of fear of judgment or consequence even though we know deep down that these are arbitrary rules in society which only serve to separate those who have 'self control' and were supported with a certain vocabulary integration when they were young from those who didn't have the same vocabulary integration and thus seemingly have less 'self control' when it comes to using certain words.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am not responsible for the words that my child knows, blaming, TV, schools, media, other children and parents and all the influences that I am in fact allowing to influence my child as I am the one who directs my child and thus determines what influences them - while also considering that there is very little that I can control and direct at this point because of the nature of what I and everyone have accepted regarding how the system we live in operates and pervades all areas of our lives and thus even though I am ultimately responsible, it FEELS like I am not in control and everything is just happening and I have very little influence on my child.

I commit myself to show that the parent is the primary influence on the child's development, even before the child is conceived, in how the parent either directs themselves through self-forgiveness to question and remove those parts that would cause them to act in automated ways that would transfer to the child in conception and in the first 7 years through the child's Natural Learning Ability.

I commit myself to examine and forgive all the points where I react to my child's words and behavior and find out how it reflects points that I have accepted so that I may forgive and forgive my reactions to my child and thus be here with my child in support of who they really are and not just as a reaction to my own reflection.

The Manipulation to Fulfill Desire Character

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to develop a pattern from a young age of wanting to manipulate others in order to create an experience that I have placed energy into as desire.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to see others as an impediment or a stepping stone to fulfilling my desire.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that in a moment where, having built up a desire for something, and then seeing that it is not best to fulfill it, to believe that I am not able to stop and let it go, that I MUST do whatever it takes to fulfill that desire.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that it is a character that speaks through my mind that is attempting to get energy for itself to continue existing as a construct and that if it doesn't then it experiences a form of dying, which I experience and believe to be me dying in a certain sense, but in reality, when I breathe, let it go, it eventually passes and I am still here.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge myself as a bad, manipulative person, when the reality is that I have just given authority to a program of attempting to manipulate my environment and others in order to fulfill a desire, and thus I am not bad or manipulative inherently, because I can forgive myself and stop.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not remember when/how I developed the character of manipulating others to fulfill a desire, and to within that believe that I can't possibly get to the root of it in order to stop it, when all that is required is self-honesty, self-forgiveness for what I CAN see at the moment and the willingness to breathe through and stop in moments when it comes up, and to further deconstruct the pattern through writing.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that the world and others can change and I can still hold onto my character of wanting to manipulate and fulfill desires.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I am physical body, where words have become flesh, and thus the words and sounds and energy and patterns that I have accepted over time have come to direct me and thus I realize now that it will take time to stop these patterns and that it may get intense from time to time, but this is not a reason to stop or give up, because it may just be that it gets intense before I transcend a pattern.

I commit myself to breathe and not participate in the character of wanting to manipulate others in order to create an experience to fulfill a desire, to let go, in those moments, of the desire - to allow myself to find out and see who I am beyond the desire and the fulfillment of desire - to discover who I am without desire just being here looking at what is best.

I commit myself to further investigate and deconstruct this character of manipulation to fulfill a desire through writing, self forgiveness, and self commitment to change/stop the patterns.

Preventing Dysfunction in Children through Effective Parenting part 1

See this Facebook post: Communicating with a 2 year old in the toy aisle and this Facebook post: communicating with a 2 year old before shopping for context.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to, as a parent, fear my child throwing a tantrum in a store to beg me to buy something.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that, as a parent, my child is influenced by many things, especially if I am not specific with what I expose my child to, and thus when I take them to a store, depending on the type of store, the store is set up to activate desires within the child based on imagery and adverts that the child has seen previously or based on memories that I transferred to my child through DNA.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize the many times I have thrown a tantrum for not getting my way, both outwardly and inwardly.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that unless I prepare my child with an effective vocabulary from a young age, which means that I must prepare my own vocabulary to be effective, then I will not be able to communicate with my child what the expectations are when going into a store.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that if I prepare my child effectively before going to a store, then the chances of my child throwing a tantrum to get me to buy something are reduced considerably.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that a child doesn't just 'throw a tantrum' meaning that it is not just an isolated incident, it is a behavior based on the totality of who the child is, what they know, what influences have been imprinted in them, and the totality of how I have interacted with them, and the environment they have grown up in.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize all of the times that I have been impatient within my interactions with my child.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be concerned with what other people will think of me as a parent and a person if my child cries, or begs, or whines, or throws a fit or tantrum.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that every time I react or change my decision based on my child crying, begging, whining, etc it shows that I can be manipulated.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that every time I yell at or hit my child out of a reaction, it teaches them that I cannot be trusted and that they should fear me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel angry towards my child when they cry, hit, whine, beg, scream, whimper, or throw a fit or tantrum.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel guilty about making mistakes with my children.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel guilty about not being the best example of a living being for my children.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I have participated in wanting to buy something out of the energy I would get from possessing it, owning it, playing with it, showing it off, or from the image I want to fulfill of having it in my life and experience.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to punish my child for something that exists within me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that punishment itself is not the solution to supporting a child to develop as an effective human being, as it only creates fear of punishment, and therefore no real expression or living as creativity can exist when their is fear, and it will only create a dysfunctional character who tries to control themselves and others to prevent the experience of being punished.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that punishment is the only real solution to behavioral dysfunction in a child, that I would not consider to support them to develop their vocabulary, because I did not realize that vocabulary is the means through which they will understand the true consequences for their actions, and understand how reality works so that they can make decisions for themselves rather than having to be controlled by me as the parent, because I won't always be there, and I realize that if I instill fear of punishment and authority in my child, they will always be susceptible to control by others who present themselves as authorities even when they really aren't.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge parents who hit their children or yell at them as a form of punishment or behavioral control.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear hitting my child out of anger automatically and then regretting it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear the experience of regretting hitting my child.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my child hating me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear not being able to give my child the best.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to compare myself to other parents and feel bad about not being able to give my child what they give to theirs.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the money system creates inequality in parenting.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize my responsibility towards supporting myself and others to be the best parents possible within the context of the limitations of this system.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize my responsibility towards myself, Life, others, all children, to stand up and change the money system so that all are supported equally as what is best for all.

I commit myself to stand and support other parents and show that the best way to support a child to develop effectively in the best way is to develop for myself and my spouse an effective vocabulary and equal and one agreement of support in standing as what is best for all and to support my children to develop an effective vocabulary and equal and one agreement with themselves to always place what is best for all as the starting point of one's life.

The I of the Storm

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame another when I feel angry or frustrated.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the anger and frustration that I feel is never coming from another person, it is always and only ever due to the way in which I have accepted and allowed myself to program my body to respond to certain types of stimuli with the feeling of anger and/or frustration.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to, in moments of feeling angry and frustrated, to argue with another from that starting point, when in fact arguing from that starting point is only an attempt to justify the anger and frustration and to find a point of blame in order to convert the negative feeling of anger/frustration into a positive feeling as winning or righteousness.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that being angry or frustrated within myself is the same as directly emotionally abusing myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that the emotional storm that comes up in a moment is real and has actual control over me, when in fact, the only reason it has control is due to my giving it authority over me, through time, through decisions, through acting within the starting point of the feelings, and that even though I am able to stop participation in a moment through breath, and release myself through self-forgiveness, this does not mean the emotional storm will not come back, because I must also investigate the relationships that I have created and formed which are designed to create the storm automatically.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize the missing key of self corrective action/application that is required in order to truly change myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that self-forgiveness alone will not change me, as the CHANGE occurs within and as ME changing the way in which I interact in the world and within my relationships to myself and others, and thus Self-Forgiveness is a KEY however not the only key, as it is only an initial point for me to be able to face the point of then actually changing how I interact, how I behave, how I see things and respond to things within me and the world.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame the world and other people for how I feel.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I have 'dealt' with something because I have done self-forgiveness, but I have not done the self-honest point of checking the physical relationship and seeing whether in self-honesty I have in fact changed and am no longer controlling another or being controlled through the relationship in order to continue creating conflict/friction/energy in order to fuel my mind and self-interest and thus not truly be HERE and doing what is best.

I commit myself to walk this process effectively, to investigate my reactions to myself and my world and to apply self-forgiveness to give myself the opportunity of release from the pattern and to uncover and explain to myself within that what exactly needs to be changed that is not designed in a way that is best for all and to then apply myself within the physical corrective action required to change that relationship through time in order to adjust it to be best for all.

I commit myself to show that the process described above is the key to changing oneself as the inner process as well as changing oneself as the outer process in terms of taking responsibility for what has been accepted and allowed to function as systems in this world in the name of humanity, and to thus adjust those systems so that they function in a way that is best for all.
