I am Responsible for what happens within Me

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to dwell in emotional turmoil.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel ashamed for allowing emotional turmoil within myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have automated systems within me which activate and create thought patterns and feelings according to certain words and events that are associated with those thoughts and feelings symbolically.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame another person for how I feel within me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame outside circumstances for how I feel within me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am weak and unable to direct and determine what goes on within me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that my first point of self responsibility is within me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think about how far I have to go in order to stop the emotional turmoil within me, when it is irrelevant and I really don't know in any case - thinking about it is only an excuse to not breathe and stop the thinking and feeling patterns within me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that when I allow a thought or feeling within me and then blame it on another person and then speak and act within that starting point, even if I am not being open about it, I am in fact terrorizing others as well as myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that what I think and feel about another person is something that I am making up, because I do not really know and understand all the details of what goes on within them - all I see is what I think and feel within, which in self honesty I have created/accepted/allowed/defined according to the other person.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not want to face the reality that I have been projecting my own inner responsibility for what I think and feel onto others and have been blaming them for what I have accepted and allowed within me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that if I really care about myself and others equally, then I would take full responsibility for what I allow within me, and I would not allow myself to think about others in my secret mind and blame them for a feeling that comes up within me - because even if the other person changes their behavior, that does not change the fact that there is a system within me which is producing feelings and thoughts automatically - and I have accepted this and thus it is my responsibility to stop it, regardless of what the other person does, because, again, I do not really know who the other person is, what their starting point is, it doesn't really matter, because my thoughts and feelings are coming from within me, not from the other person.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not remember the origin of my thoughts and feelings and to then believe that they are coming from others and things outside of me, when those things are only the stimulus that brings the thoughts up, not the origin - thus I am grateful for these points being in my life to show me what I have accepted and allowed without question.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame my partner when I feel angry.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame my partner when I feel fearful.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame the money system and my circumstances when I feel depressed.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that it is not possible to direct my feelings and thoughts in a world that is designed to stimulate us to participate in cycles of emotion, thinking, and feeling - which is the ultimate statement of a slave, because a slave is not in control and direction of themselves, they are completely at the mercy of outside forces, but now I understand that this is a choice because I can forgive myself and direct myself within my inner awareness to no longer accept myself to participate in thinking about another and feeling and then blaming another for the feeling.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not appreciate, realize, and take full advantage of the gift I have been given of being here, being alive, being in reality, and able to change myself within - to feel lost and angry and sad and hurt by reality, when actually I am here for a moment to be able to change myself and let go of all the excuses and blame as to why I cannot exist in a way that is best for me and for all.

I commit myself to stand up and be aware in the moment when a thought/feeling comes up about another person, an event, or myself and see/realize that this is an opportunity to just breathe, be here, let go of the thought/feeling and know that it is nothing more than a system attempting to tempt me into submission - I am not a slave, that is not who I am - I commit myself to support myself to stand up and direct myself within this process and stop the cycle of abuse that I have been putting myself through as allowing thinking and feeling and then blaming others, which is a statement of disempowerment, because I AM RESPONSIBLE, and thus I commit myself to walk through my mind, to forgive myself in those moments when the thoughts and feelings come, and to breathe and to be here.

Patterns of Frustration

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be disappointed, to feel disappointment, to feel sadness, and frustration when my child goes into an emotional pattern.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge my child for going into an emotional pattern of, for example, frustration, to which I then react with frustration, showing that it is I who have taught the child the pattern in the first place, and thus I am the one who is responsible.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge myself for being frustrated that I have taught my child frustration.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize what frustration really is.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that physical frustration is the impeding of progress or completion of something, and thus in itself, is not an emotion, and yet I have accepted and allowed myself to react emotionally when something I am doing is impeded from moving forward or when I am stopped from continuing something or completing something I am focused on.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel despondent about my child getting emotionally frustrated when they are impeded within something, not realizing that I am thus placing the responsibility to support them outside of myself, hence the despondence, and thus if I can understand my own frustration experience, then I can support my child to understand theirs.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that it is normal to FEEL frustrated when something doesn't go the way that I want it to.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I feel frustrated when I don't understand why something is impeding me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I feel frustrated when I have created an internal energy towards something, and thus the feeling of being frustrated is really the experience of energy within myself towards something being impeded, and thus it is really the experience of either not having the energy continue within me or not getting the energy experience that I was expecting that is causing the FEELING of frustration.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into a feeling of depression and/or anger in moments where I do not get something that I was expecting, and thus it is the expectation that is the issue, from the perspective of building up an energetic experience towards the point.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that creating energetic expectations and participating in energy puts me at a disadvantage in a physical reality where I do not control all the variables, and never will, because I am in a reality of collective agreement, not one where I control everything, and thus I must come to terms with this, and realize that the key for me is to stop participating in energy within myself in my mind and rather be here physically looking at what is really going on and seeing what can be worked within in that context.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to control how my child plays with toys which is really just me wanting to create an energetic experience within myself and to transfer that to my child and within that create another layer of energy within reflecting on what I have created as a copy of me in my child.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize the extend to which I am projecting my experience onto my child and creating conflict within that between my child and me.

I commit myself to develop the awareness that my child is a reflection of me and to in those moments where I feel frustrated towards my child to realize, to see, that the child is me, and to stop and to breathe, and to let go of the energy - to support me in that moment, firstly, and thus to prepare myself to be able to support my child as well to let go in those moments - realizing that I cannot demand that my child do something I am not willing to do.

Demystifying Parenting

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that my child is simply copying the patterns that I present as me as the living word through my actions, statement, and emotions and feelings.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that what I participate in within myself, as thoughts, feelings, and emotions as reactions, judgments, projections, fears, desires, everything, is transferring to my child in the first 7 years just by them being in my presence.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am able to control my child to become a better human than I am, and that whatever methods I employ in order to control my child are justified.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that I am a copy of my parents.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that, unless I take self direction within a process of examining all of my own inner reactions, thoughts, feelings, and emotions to see where I am participating in patterns that are not best for all, I will be nothing more than an amalgamation of my parents, my early childhood environment, and the media/education system and that when I become a parent this will automatically transfer to the child at a speed which I will not be able to prevent consciously because my body will be communicating with my child at a level beyond my conscious awareness because conscious awareness is actually extremely slow and limited.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that in order for me to produce a child that is best, I must be the best as well.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel guilty that I have not done my best to become the best version of myself possible within the context of the world as it is currently and that I have made excuses as to why I must rather focus on my own survival or my own feelings as of primary importance, not realizing that it is guaranteed that I will not survive due to the obvious existence of death, and that my feelings are only temporary and by aligning myself with my feelings and emotions I am ensuring that the only legacy I will leave behind is in the form of a dysfunctional child who must then deal with the mess I left and it will in fact be harder because they will have the same justifications that I had and will have seen the example that I left of giving into the temptation to rather just go along with how things are rather than stand up, even though I knew better.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that parenting can be a real joy where one experience the unfolding of both another being as my child as well as the unfolding of a new relationship with another being as my child where I support my child as an equal and yet individual and where I receive back appreciation of the support I have given as the expression of a child who is stable within being able to use common sense and reason and always acting in a way that is best for all, which means that my child can be something that I am truly proud of as I can be proud of myself for giving my true best effort to support life in another as I would have liked Life to be supported within me from birth, and yet I must give that support to myself as well, otherwise I will not be able to support another as Life, because I cannot give what I am not willing to give myself.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that Jesus gave the best parenting advice in the statements that one should 'give as they want to receive' and to 'do unto another as one would want another to do unto themselves', and yet this statement as the principle of equality between parent and child is not lived in any way as parents only do to their child the abuse that was done to them, which is not what they would have liked to receive, and thus the cycles of abuse between child and parent continue in manifold, even subtle, ways that contribute to the world continuing as a system that abuses life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge my parents without considering that they were only copies of their parents and were not aware that they could change, but I am aware and thus I am now responsible for changing me and thus I forgive my parents as myself so that I will not transfer the sins of the fathers (and mothers) onto the generations of children to come.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that my children are special and more important than other children, while at the same time recognizing that I have a specific relationship and therefore responsibility to my children primarily as the one from whom my children will learn to be a human being and how to live, and yet since my children are in fact equal to all children in value, I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that the same excuses I have used to not do what is best for my children are what I have used to not stand up and change the system so that all parents and children are able to receive and give the best support possible.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that punishment, time outs, behavioral control, slapping, hitting, spanking, emotionally charged yelling, and withholding attention are unnecessary as a parent and do not serve to support my child as an equal to develop self awareness and self responsibility as an equal participant and co creator of reality, but instead only serve to instill fear and thus make my child more manipulable by a system based on fear and thus by using such tactics I am condemning my child to be a slave to the system who will never stand up and question anything because they will be afraid of punishment.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge my parents for hitting, spanking, placing my time out,  yelling at me from an emotional starting point, and withholding attention when in fact they were copying and doing what was done unto them and they did not know that they could change, but I do and thus I am responsible to change myself, to remove the trauma, the abuse, and the fear within me so that I am no longer controlled through such tactics as an adult and so that I will not abuse my child in the same way.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that children require patience, understanding, explanation, physical presence, attention, focus, care, and support for their basic needs.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to refuse to see that when my child falls down and I react emotionally that this imprints on them and in fact supports the development of a way to seek attention in the child by prolonging crying or using crying as a way to cause me to react emotionally, and that if a child is supported properly, that when they fall down or get hurt they will only cry for the moment they are experiencing physical pain, and will learn how to calm themselves down if I remain calm and yet am there for them physically.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that when my child falls down and hurts themselves that the best response is to not react emotionally, which requires prior preparation on my part to remove reactions before they come up, and to simply hold my child, allow them to cry, and ask calmly and patiently if/where the child is hurt and to then assess whether immediate medical attention is required or whether to simply be there holding the child while they process the experience, and as the child is able to calm themselves down then to ask them what happened and explain to them what happened where they were not aware so they can develop an understanding of physics, pain, consequence, and how their body functions in a common sense way, not based on fear, and not use any form of using pain to teach a lesson but rather to support my child to develop an understanding of how our physical world/bodies work.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that tools exist to develop the communication between parent and child to a level that many would not even be aware of as being possible and that the evidence that such tools work exists.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that parenting is the key to re-educating humanity and that as a parent or parent-to-be or even as just a human being who will contribute to and participate in this world, I will have to re-educate myself because I did not receive effective parenting as a child.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that the tools of writing, self-forgiveness, and corrective application are the keys to changing myself and this world into one that is best for myself and for all others including all of the children to come.

I commit myself to stand as an example of the best form of parenting even in a world of conditionality where the circumstances are less than what is best, to show that nothing can stop me from standing as what is best and therefore there is no excuse possible to continue to allow child abuse in any form whether directly or indirectly by allowing the continuing of a system that produces ineffective parents who are solely focused on survival.

I commit myself to stand as an example that I can be the best parent and I can stand in a position of changing the system to one that supports life and that I do not have to compromise myself in order to make money to survive, even though I know that a system that takes care of survival as a matter of course is best, I will show that this is not a valid excuse to not stand as what is best here and now.

I commit myself to challenge other parents when they use justification to not be the best parent possible.

I commit myself to share with other parents how I am standing as a parent, and to support wherever possible other parents to be the best possible parents they can.

I commit myself to share the tools that I use to support myself to change and to support my children to develop common sense, self awareness, effective reasoning and a reasonable character that will support all life as equal and one while also developing the ability to stand in the system in a position of change so that eventually the system will only support what is best.

Children are Innocent - so Why are Adults so F***ed Up?

When a child is born and through the early stages of childhood, they remain in a state of innocence insofar as they are in a state of openness and natural ability to learn and absorb from their environment. But, from the time they are born and placed into an environment they begin, in essence, downloading the patterns of those around them and the structure of the environment instinctually. If you are a high-strung, stressed out parent, this will imprint onto your child. They will become like you.

If you are mean to your child, this will shape the way they see the world, the way they see themselves, and the way they see you.

If you are patient, kind, supportive, and allow them to learn from mistakes in an environment of unconditional love, this will shape their basic nature and character.

If you give them what they need in terms of vocabulary and exposure to ideas and opportunities to challenge themselves and be creative, they will develop into an amazing human being.

But how does one do this in a world that demands the parent fight for their own survival and that of their children?

So far, parents succumb to the pressures of the system and instead of supporting their child to develop into their full potential as a benevolent creator, they mold them into a nasty consumer who's only real purpose is to keep the system as it is.

As a parent, if you truly care, you must become specific. You must enhance your ability to process information and develop a self-awareness that is so keen, that no thought, feeling, or emotion goes unnoticed with you or with another person and thus you are able to direct yourself and support others to direct themselves within the context of what is best for everyone.

If everyone did that, the environment that children grow up in would be supportive of their natural development into a fundamentally good person.

But of course, people will have all kinds of excuses, and yet none of those excuses are valid because they only lead to what is less than best.

Consider when a child plays with a set of blocks. You build the blocks up and the child knocks them down. Do you get angry? Do you attempt to control the child? Do you tell them, "Fine! You build them yourself then!"

The basic, inherent spitefulness of parents towards their children is evident to one who has an effective ability to process information. Parents do not realize it, perhaps, but it is YOU, who destroy the innocence of your child. You have no one else to blame. You are the one putting your child in front of a TV program that is DESIGNED to advertise to them by programming them at a symbolic level to respond to certain stimuli. It is YOU who allow yourself to be manipulated by your own feelings and lie to your child about the existence of Santa Claus and all kinds of other things which you know not to be true or at the very least have NO REAL EVIDENCE for. You allow your own self-deception to determine what your child learns.

If YOU DO NOT CHANGE, the WORLD WILL NEVER CHANGE.

The children are NOT the future. YOU ARE.
